1. User-Generated Content

All reviews on dwell-r are user-generated content. dwell-r does not verify the accuracy of reviews and is not liable for the opinions or statements made by reviewers.

2. Review Guidelines

When submitting a review, you agree to:

• Only review buildings where you have actually lived
• Provide honest and factual information
• Not include personal names of other residents, owners, or property managers
• Not make accusations of illegal activity without evidence
• Not post hate speech, threats, or discriminatory content

3. Content Moderation

dwell-r reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms. Reviews that receive 5 or more community flags are automatically hidden pending admin review. We do not remove negative-but-factual reviews at the request of building owners or property managers.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page, which will permanently remove all your data and reviews.

5. Liability

dwell-r is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information found on this platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Luxembourg City.
